Answer - Most design collections have a wide range of sizes and formats to print your stationery items to. If you are unsure what size and format to select, then click here to view our format and sizes guide. This guide tells you measurements and which stationery item can be printed in what format.

Question - How do I order a seating plan, order of service, information sheets or have printed inserts in my stationery cards?
Answer - We offer a service set up to create seating plans, order of service, information sheets or have printed inserts for most stationery items. Question - I cannot find any designs that I am happy with and wish to create my own bespoke design. Can you help me?
Answer - Yes of course, we have a team of designers waiting to design the perfect stationery set for your wedding. Contact one of our Poppy Jo team members and tell us what design you have in mind, and we will be happy to help. Call 0844 770 1773* or email to start the design process.
Question - When do you deliver and how much will it cost?

Question - How can I find out the sizes of the wedding stationery items, and what card it will be printed on?
Answer - All wedding stationery sizes are stated when you personalise and order your collection. Not all collections have the same sizes, so you may find that some collections will differ from others. Click here if you wish to view our print size guide.
We have three choices of card to print the wedding stationery on. If you wish to view the card, then click here to read about the cards, and order one sample pack containing the card you wish to see.
Question - Can I change the stationery to match the theme or colour scheme of my wedding?
Answer - Yes you can. We can change the colours scheme of your chosen collection to match your wedding colours, or change any imagery depending on what collection you have selected. Question - Can I view the wedding stationery before I place my order?
Answer - Each collection has a link to order one sample pack. Just select the collection you would like to use, click the request a sample link and fill out the form. You will receive your ordered wedding sample within 2 working days. View our collections to order a sample.
Question - When do I place my order, how long will it take for the wedding stationery to arrive?
Answer - This will depend on what is being ordered. We print all orders within 4 working days, but understand each order can be different. We do offer other delivery services to speed up the process for an additional cost. If you would like to know more, then please contact us.
Question - How do I order more wedding stationery?
Answer - You can log-in to My account and either amend your existing order, or create a new order.
Question - Where is my wedding stationery?
